regional recipes      Thanks to everyone who has contributed the delicious regional recipes that you'll find here. Some recipes have been in the contributor's family for years and are fine examples of everyday family cooking. Others have been collected by visitors to The Curry House while they were on their travels.
The recipes are published here in good faith but The Curry House cannot guarantee their provenance or authenticity (with the exception of the Thai recipes). If you feel your own region is not covered or is misrepresented by the available recipes then please feel free to send in your own traditional recipes to correct the balance.

Please do not write in saying that there should be more recipes from [wherever]. I can only publish what is sent in to The Curry House and this, at the moment, is it!
