The Curry House Cookbook

autumn recipe

Kheema Lobia

This recipe is ideal for Halloween or Bonfire Night (or any other time when you're outside when it's cold and damp). Kheema Lobia - spicy minced lamb with black eyed beans - is a good substitute for the usual Chili con Carne. You can easily substitute minced beef for the lamb if you prefer and the recipe caters for up to 12 people.
