Muoi Khuntilanont's Kitchen (reconstructed) - the late Colonel Ian Khuntilanont-Philpott put together a wonderful site featuring his wife's authentic Thai recipes. Unfortunately, the site was taken down long ago but all is not lost. Chile-Head Chet Bacon collected together as many recipes as he could find from the far corners of the Net and catalogued them all on his site. See also my Thai Curries section.

UK ChileHead - Graeme Caselton, apart from being a Mystic Fire Priest of the Transcendental Capsaicinophilic Society(!), has over 400 recipes for chili. This is a growing site which now has a chile FAQ, a database of all the different capsicum varieties and information on sources of chile seeds and dried chiles. |
